This position will handle a broad range of human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, performance management, training, and general HR administration.<\/p>\n<p>The HR Generalist will also maintain employee records, support day-to-day business operations, and help ensure HR processes run efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Recruitment &amp; Hiring<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Write and post job descriptions<\/li>\n<li>Screen resumes and applications<\/li>\n<li>Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers<\/li>\n<li>Prepare job offers and employment contracts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Onboarding<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare new-hire documents and paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Set up employee files and HR systems<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate IT setup, including email, systems access, and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Provide employee handbooks and company policies<\/li>\n<li>Conduct new-hire orientation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate employee training and introductions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure completion of required documentation, including:\n<ul>\n<li>I-9 and E-Verify<\/li>\n<li>W-4 and NC tax forms<\/li>\n<li>Direct deposit documentation<\/li>\n<li>Required immunization documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employee Relations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Address employee questions and concerns<\/li>\n<li>Help resolve workplace conflicts<\/li>\n<li>Support managers with employee performance matters<\/li>\n<li>Conduct exit interviews<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive workplace culture<\/li>\n<li>Assist with workplace investigations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain employee payroll records<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with payroll providers<\/li>\n<li>Manage benefits enrollment, including medical, dental, vision, supplemental plans, and 401(k)<\/li>\n<li>Process medical, personal, and FMLA leave requests<\/li>\n<li>Track employee attendance<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate final payroll and benefits updates for departing employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compliance &amp; Policies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate employee records and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain required workplace labor postings<\/li>\n<li>Update employee handbook policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate workplace safety training<\/li>\n<li>Support and conduct workplace investigations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Performance Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate employee performance review cycles<\/li>\n<li>Track employee goals and development plans<\/li>\n<li>Support managers with coaching and feedback processes<\/li>\n<li>Identify training and development needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Training &amp;
