They will also be responsible for conducting onsite drug screenings and helping ensure worker information is entered accurately into internal systems. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so the ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, coachable, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day. This position is fully onsite, working 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and every other Saturday, and is expected to run through approximately October 2028.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Create and maintain accurate worker profiles in internal systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Distribute site badges to workers and ensure information is properly documented.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Review worker information and identify discrepancies or missing data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Communicate data issues or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Perform onsite drug screenings in accordance with established procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Complete accurate and timely data entry in a high-volume environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to maintain worker information and documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Assist workers with questions related to profiles, badges, screenings, and required information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Maintain organized and accurate records while meeting deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Support day-to-day administrative needs at the project site as needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Previous data entry, administrative, or other related experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Excellent and accurate typing and data entry skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Reliable, coachable, and interested in committing to a long-term onsite assignment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Calm and levelheaded under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YWRtaW5hdXMuOTUyNDAuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1479540_1793284214<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1479540_1793284214\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Haskell, Texas","_application":"adminaus.95240.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,191],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-135425","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
