This highly visible role will support compensation analytics, market pricing, reporting, annual compensation planning, pay equity, and program administration while advising HR and senior leadership on compensation decisions. The ideal candidate brings progressive compensation experience and the ability to independently provide compensation guidance and training to managers and senior leaders. margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">7+ years of progressive compensation experience, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Law firm or professional services industry experience, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience with compensation benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, pay equity, and compensation compliance, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience with job architecture, compensation analytics, reporting, and HRIS compensation data management, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
