Field Operations Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day field operations. This position plays an important role in keeping equipment, fleet, contracts, billing documentation, and administrative processes organized and moving efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple priorities, and can communicate effectively with field personnel, customers, vendors, and corporate teams.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Inventory Management:<\/strong> Oversee equipment inventory, track asset locations, and ensure inventory counts are accurate.<\/li>\n
  2. Timesheet Verification:<\/strong> Review field employee timesheets to ensure hours are coded to the correct tasks, jobs, and locations.<\/li>\n
  3. Bid-Walk Documentation:<\/strong> Follow up on bid walks and ensure all supporting documentation is completed and maintained.<\/li>\n
  4. Rental Contract Management:<\/strong> Maintain current rental agreements and track contract status, terms, and expiration dates.<\/li>\n
  5. Field Billing:<\/strong> Ensure field billing documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted to the Corporate Office in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
  6. Contract Administration:<\/strong> Support all aspects of contract management, including documentation, tracking, compliance, and renewals.<\/li>\n
  7. Equipment Logistics:<\/strong> Coordinate equipment transfers and movement between job sites and locations.<\/li>\n
  8. Equipment Maintenance & Repairs:<\/strong> Order parts, request service, identify equipment requiring repairs, and coordinate with customers and service providers to ensure timely resolution.<\/li>\n
  9. Vehicle Registration:<\/strong> Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle registration records.<\/li>\n
  10. Fleet Recall Management:<\/strong> Track vehicle recalls and coordinate the necessary service, appointments, and repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
