This position supports matters involving discovery, dispositive motions, claim construction proceedings, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeals. The role requires strong litigation technology skills, attention to deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environment. Some overtime and travel may be required. <\/div>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support complex intellectual property litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Prepare and coordinate court filings, including motions, declarations, exhibits, appendices, tables of contents, and tables of authorities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Proofread, cite-check, and assist with drafting correspondence, pleadings, and motions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Serve as a primary or supporting paralegal on assigned matters while collaborating with attorneys and other litigation professionals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Coordinate electronic discovery activities with attorneys and eDiscovery vendors, including database management, searching, review, tagging, coding, productions, and privilege logs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Assist with litigation holds, data mapping, custodian interviews, document collection and review, chain-of-custody procedures, and discovery productions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Provide comprehensive trial support, including preparing exhibits, witness materials, notebooks, courtroom materials, and trial workspaces.
