This position is responsible for accurately processing donations, maintaining gift and donor data, reconciling transactions, researching discrepancies, and providing administrative and customer service support.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with financial and transactional data, and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Gift Processing &#8211; 70%<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and record a variety of philanthropic donations accurately and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Support processing for annual fund, credit card, matching gift, special event, and peer-to-peer donations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage daily deposits.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile deposits and research gift-processing exceptions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify discrepancies involving donor information, gift records, and general ledger impact.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with organizational policies and CASE Global Reporting Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and special projects.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams to resolve donation disputes, processing errors, and donor account inquiries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gift Data Management &#8211; 20%<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capture, maintain, and update gift information across electronic systems.<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve data discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Use Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneDrive to organize, track, and maintain information.<\/li>\n<li>Apply departmental guidelines, CASE Global Reporting Standards, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles when reviewing gift data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Service &#8211;
