The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of direct benefits administration experience, including health and welfare plans, leave-related benefits, and more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support employee benefits operations, including health and welfare plans, leave-related benefits, disability coverage, COBRA, and commuter programs for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Support key benefits administration processes, including qualifying life events, employee separations, COBRA reporting, vendor integrations, eligibility documentation, discrepancy resolution, and third-party benefits platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain adherence to federal and state employment and benefits requirements, supporting areas such as FMLA, ADA, ACA, HIPAA, EEO, workers&#8217; compensation, required workplace notices, OSHA reporting, and other regulatory obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and support annual and year-end benefits activities, including Open Enrollment, FSA\/HSA reconciliation, plan-year transitions, and benefits collection following workers&#8217;
