They offer a great team culture and ton of flexibility (currently in office 2-4 days a month).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll do:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis on behalf of the company<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify trends in financial performance, identify risks &amp; opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare &amp; standardize reports and projections based on analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Routine communication with all levels of the organization relating to core FP&amp;A functions such as forecast, budget, financial close &amp; analysis, key deliverables, strategic initiatives and other ad hoc tasks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Cross-functional business partner with Sales, Ops, and other core business unit leaders to provide data and help drive strategic decisions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Skills we&#8217;re seeking:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Finance, Accounting, Business or related Bachelor&#8217;s degree; MBA or CPA preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of experience in finance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in a matrixed organization and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations and other financial software (VBA macros a plus)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Precise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team member<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strategic thinker with ability to influence and &#8220;tell the story&#8221;
