Beacon Hill is working with an established Pittsburgh firm that is adding multiple mid-level associates<\/strong> to a busy national products liability practice. Prior products liability experience is helpful, but it is not required.<\/strong> We are equally interested in attorneys coming from complex commercial litigation, mass torts, personal injury, insurance defense, or other litigation practices where they have developed strong fundamentals.<\/p>\n

This is a hands-on role. Associates manage matters through the litigation lifecycle, take and defend depositions, participate in hearings, mediations and arbitrations, prepare witnesses, and work directly with experienced trial lawyers on case strategy. The firm’s own description also includes advising clients on recalls, compliance, risk management, and liability exposure. <\/p>\n
