This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys being an integral part of a collaborative litigation team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Hybrid, with regular in-office attendance required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong>: Between $65,000-$80,000; Depending on experience<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling medical malpractice matters.<\/li>\n<li>Manage attorney calendars, court dates, depositions, meetings, deadlines, and other case-related scheduling.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, revise, format, proofread, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with state and federal court filings and maintain familiarity with applicable court procedures and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate depositions, hearings, client meetings, and trial preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized electronic and physical case files and support document management needs.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with time entry, billing, expenses, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm environment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Prior experience supporting <strong>medical malpractice litigation<\/strong> strongly preferred; comparable defense litigation experience may also be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, legal terminology, calendaring, and court filing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook;
