Preferred Skills\/Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational governance, or related disciplines.<\/p>\n

Proven experience conducting business process discovery and documenting current-state and future-state workflows.<\/p>\n

Strong experience developing SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices, business requirements, and operational documentation.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and recommend practical process improvements.<\/p>\n

Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.<\/p>\n

Strong understanding of governance processes, accountability, decision rights, approvals, and operational controls.<\/p>\n

Experience documenting cross-functional workflows, organizational responsibilities, escalation procedures, and handoffs.<\/p>\n

Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies, including Lean or Six Sigma principles.<\/p>\n

Experience supporting process standardization, workflow improvements, or operational efficiency initiatives.<\/p>\n

Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process documentation.<\/p>\n

Experience collaborating with Product, Technology, Delivery, and business stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and technology organizations.<\/p>\n

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Microsoft Lists, or comparable tools.<\/p>\n

Exposure to Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms is a plus.<\/p>\n

Experience in financial services, banking, technology, or other regulated industries is preferred.<\/p>\n

CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification is a plus.<\/p>\n

Excellent analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.<\/p>\n

Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision<\/p>\n
