You&#8217;ll have meaningful ownership of solution design while partnering with technical teams, operational leaders, and other stakeholders. You&#8217;ll work within a collaborative clinical technology environment where your recommendations can influence both near-term delivery and longer-term digital strategy.<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to take ideas from early discovery through solution design and implementation, with particular emphasis on technology that makes healthcare easier for patients to navigate and access.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Digital Health Strategy &amp; Solution Design<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Help turn patient and operational needs into scalable technology solutions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shape solutions that improve digital patient engagement, access, communication, and care experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Guide technical design decisions for patient-facing Epic capabilities and connected workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve how digital tools support patients and healthcare teams.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to both tactical priorities and longer-range technology planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Epic Delivery &amp; Technical Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide hands-on leadership throughout the lifecycle of complex Epic initiatives.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead or independently drive Epic build and enhancement efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Support solutions spanning areas such as MyChart, Ambulatory, Cadence, and Healthy Planet.<\/li>\n<li>Help develop workflows involving patient outreach, self-service capabilities, messaging, and digital care programs.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate solution options, dependencies, risks, and implementation approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a balance between thoughtful architecture and practical delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Partnership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serve as a bridge between technical teams, operational partners, and organizational leadership.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead discovery and solutioning conversations around complex business and patient needs.<\/li>\n<li>Bring cross-functional groups together to work through challenges and make informed decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for nontechnical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Present solution approaches, risks, priorities, and progress to leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Enablement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raise the technical capability of the broader team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Share Epic and digital health expertise through ongoing education and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Help teams establish priorities, navigate competing needs, and maintain delivery momentum.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute technical perspective to team development and resource decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll thrive in this opportunity if you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong background delivering technology solutions in healthcare or similarly complex environments, typically developed through 5+ years of progressive IT experience.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience working with Epic, particularly capabilities that influence patient access or engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Two or more current Epic certifications relevant to the work.<\/li>\n<li>Experience taking ownership of application builds, enhancements, implementations, or similarly complex technical initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of how technology decisions affect workflows, end users, and the patient experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating across technical and operational teams to solve problems that extend beyond a single application.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex technical considerations understandable to varied audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with solution design, process improvement, technical planning, or project leadership.<\/li>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These are valuable additions, but candidates do not need every one:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Epic certification or meaningful experience with MyChart, Ambulatory, Cadence, or Healthy Planet.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing patient outreach campaigns, digital care workflows, self-scheduling, or patient messaging solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to digital therapeutics or other emerging digital health capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading initiatives that span multiple Epic applications and require close operational partnership.<\/li>\n<li>A master&#8217;s degree or additional education related to technology, healthcare, or informatics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Success Looks Like<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll make an impact by bringing together technical depth, patient-centered thinking, and collaborative leadership.
