This temporary position is ideal for a hospitality-focused professional with experience in <strong>hotel operations, corporate events, workplace services, facilities, or high-touch customer service environments<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Position Details<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $20.00-$27.00 per hour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> 100% onsite in Atlanta, GA 30308<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediate<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Serve as the operational liaison between Events and Workplace teams to support seamless event execution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Coordinate event requirements, room configurations, catering setups, hospitality stations, and guest flow.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Conduct pre-event readiness checks and post-event operational reviews.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Provide operational direction to Workplace Coordinators and Front-of-House teams during scheduled events.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Support guest welcome, check-in, badge distribution, visitor verification, directions, and access procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Maintain a visible presence throughout guest-facing, front-of-house, and caf\u00e9 areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Ensure event spaces remain organized, presentable, and ready for guests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Maintain high standards of hospitality, customer service, professionalism, and workplace etiquette.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Coordinate workplace resources, equipment, and service support required for events.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Monitor guest flow and help ensure workplace access and security procedures are followed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Identify operational or safety concerns and escalate issues to appropriate leadership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Support compliance with workplace health, safety, security, and risk-management requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Communicate event needs, changes, and operational issues across Events, Workplace teams, and vendors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Support collaboration across workplace operations and event-planning teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Systems &amp;
