This highly visible role will focus on inventory accounting, cost analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close, with the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams, drive process improvements, and work closely with key stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage and reconcile inventory and related general ledger accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and resolution of inventory subledger issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare inventory and COGS reporting and analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Analyze inventory aging, carrying costs, turns, discrepancies, and profitability.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Calculate and maintain reserves for surplus and obsolete inventory.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate and support physical inventory counts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist with annual audits and provide supporting documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify opportunities to improve inventory accounting processes, reporting, and systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure inventory accounting is accurate and compliant with U.S. GAAP.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Qualifications<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably involving inventory and\/or cost accounting.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of general accounting, cost accounting, and U.S. GAAP.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with accounting\/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High attention to detail and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/c2VhZmluLjg2NDgxLjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">1479744_1793752317<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1479744_1793752317\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Bellevue, Washington","_application":"seafin.86481.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[201,305],"job-types":[2],"class_list":["post-135771","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
