Expense (T&amp;E) function.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Review and audit employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Verify receipts, business purpose, approvals, and correct GL coding.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Process employee expense reimbursements and corporate card transactions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Communicate with employees and approvers to resolve missing documentation, discrepancies, and policy exceptions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Identify duplicate submissions, policy violations, and potential issues requiring escalation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on speed and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Manually enter and post approved invoices.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Verify invoice approvals, GL coding, and posting periods.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Process invoice imports and maintain electronic supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Batch invoices for approval and assist with check processing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Respond to vendor questions regarding invoices and payments.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Reconcile monthly vendor statements and research discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Support manual expense processing and provide necessary information to payroll.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Assist with journal entries and month-end responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo0\">Provide additional Accounts Payable and shared services support as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"\">\n<li class=\"scriptor-listItemlist!list-Solo1\"><strong>1+ year of Travel &amp;
