This position will serve as a key point of contact between customers, vendors, producers, and drivers, helping ensure shipments are scheduled, tracked, documented, and delivered successfully.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics, dispatching, customer service, transportation, or heavy administrative experience who enjoys solving problems and wants to build a long-term career in logistics.<\/p>\n<h3>Schedule<\/h3>\n<p>The targeted schedule for this position is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Saturday-Sunday:<\/strong> 6:00 AM-3:00 PM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monday-Wednesday:<\/strong> 9:00 AM-6:00 PM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thursday-Friday:<\/strong> Off<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>On-call coverage is a required responsibility of this position.<\/strong> On-call coverage rotates among the Logistics Coordinator team and can include <strong>weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays<\/strong> as scheduled. Employees are provided with company equipment for on-call responsibilities.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, producers, and other partners regarding daily transportation needs.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and monitor the movement of products from producer locations to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Submit pickup schedules and assist with daily receiving and transportation reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate shipment, production, and delivery records.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot transportation issues and resolve customer or vendor concerns quickly and professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with locating missing records and reconciling discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate information within logistics systems.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare month-end reports for logistics and finance teams.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with inventory tracking and supply coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Handle changing priorities in a fast-paced, 24\/7 transportation environment.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the team&#8217;s rotating on-call schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1-3+ years of relevant experience<\/strong> in logistics, transportation, dispatching, customer service, vendor coordination, or a similar administrative\/operations role.<\/li>\n<li>Experience communicating directly with <strong>customers and\/or vendors<\/strong> and resolving issues.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly <strong>Excel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with upset customers or time-sensitive transportation issues.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma required;
