This is a <strong>temp-to-hire opportunity<\/strong> for an accounting professional with hands-on experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, cash application, and account reconciliation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM<br \/> <strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Temp-to-Hire<br \/> <strong>Overtime:<\/strong> Must be available for occasional overtime based on business needs<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process customer invoices and support daily billing activities<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts receivable and collection activity<\/li>\n<li>Post and apply customer payments, including checks, credit cards, bank wires, and deposits<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly aging and delinquency reports<\/li>\n<li>Review customer credit applications and perform credit checks<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues<\/li>\n<li>Research and reconcile chargebacks, deductions, and account adjustments<\/li>\n<li>Process customer credits and refunds<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, account balances, and refunds<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with internal departments to research and resolve billing issues<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate customer and vendor account records<\/li>\n<li>Assist with general ledger analysis and account reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and post journal entries<\/li>\n<li>Ensure transactions comply with established financial policies, procedures, and accounting controls<\/li>\n<li>Assist the accounting team with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of relevant accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and journal entries<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license and good driving record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work occasional overtime based on business needs<\/li>\n<li>Up to 25% travel may be required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments<\/li>\n<li>Ability to occasionally lift and\/or move up to 50 pounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZWxheC4zNzM4MS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">892827111_1793814620<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/892827111_1793814620\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Pico Rivera, California","_application":"financelax.37381.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[201,203],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-135843","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
