This role partners closely with the Community Manager to oversee resident services, leasing, rent collection, property administration, accounting support, maintenance coordination, and overall community operations.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings prior <strong>property management experience<\/strong>, strong leadership and accounting skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to residents while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing requirements.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Position Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time, Temp-to-Hire<br \/> <strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $21 &#8211; $22.78<br \/> <strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM<br \/> <strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<br \/> <strong>Assignment Length:<\/strong> Approximately 1 month before conversion<br \/> <strong>Start Date:<\/strong> ASAP<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Property &amp; Resident Operations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and onsite support when the Community Manager is unavailable<\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, vendors, and team members<\/li>\n<li>Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with residents after completion<\/li>\n<li>Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance or appearance concerns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Leasing &amp; Resident Services<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours<\/li>\n<li>Respond to leasing inquiries and help identify prospective residents&#8217; needs<\/li>\n<li>Review applications and assist with applicant verification<\/li>\n<li>Prepare leases, addendums, and related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate lease renewals in accordance with applicable affordable housing requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support resident satisfaction and retention initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Rent Collection &amp; Financial Administration<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect rent, deposits, application fees, and other payments<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate resident account records<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices and review coding with property management<\/li>\n<li>Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with credits, debits, reclasses, accruals, and other property accounting functions<\/li>\n<li>Issue applicable late payment, returned check, and other resident notices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Affordable Housing &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Support compliance with <strong>Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity regulations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Assist with lease renewals following <strong>LIHTC\/Bond guidelines<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and resident records<\/li>\n<li>Work with property leadership and legal partners regarding applicable proceedings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Reporting &amp; Administrative Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare vacancy, activity, notice-to-vacate, and other property reports<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized leases, reports, and resident documentation<\/li>\n<li>Track local market activity and competitive property conditions<\/li>\n<li>Assist with outreach and property marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Systems &amp;
