This position will focus on accounts payable processing, high-volume financial data entry, accounting record organization, and entering and validating information within <strong>Yardi Voyager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have previous accounts payable experience, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience using <strong>Yardi Voyager<\/strong>. This individual should be comfortable reviewing detailed financial documentation, working through accounting backlogs, and maintaining accuracy while managing a high volume of invoices and records. <\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter invoices and accounts payable information into <strong>Yardi Voyager<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Review invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Assist with invoice coding and maintenance of vendor records<\/li>\n<li>Perform accurate, high-volume entry of financial and accounting information<\/li>\n<li>Research discrepancies involving invoices, payments, and accounting records<\/li>\n<li>Enter and validate current and historical accounting activity in Yardi<\/li>\n<li>Compare entered information against source documentation to ensure accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Support basic reconciliations and accounting cleanup activities<\/li>\n<li>Scan, upload, categorize, and organize financial documentation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized electronic and physical accounting records<\/li>\n<li>Assist the accounting team with outstanding AP activity and backlog<\/li>\n<li>Support accounting system transition and data migration projects<\/li>\n<li>Help ensure financial records are complete and accessible for reporting purposes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous accounts payable experience<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hands-on experience using Yardi Voyager<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong financial or accounting data entry experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience reviewing invoices and supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to process a high volume of documents and transactions<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of accounting terminology and processes<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with a version of <strong>Yardi Voyager<\/strong>, preferably Voyager 7 or later<\/li>\n<li>Property management, real estate, construction, or related accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with accounting system conversions or data migrations<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting accounting cleanup, historical data entry, or backlog projects<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with basic reconciliations and validation of financial records<\/li>\n<li>Experience organizing or digitizing large volumes of accounting documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZWRjLjkxMzUxLjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">F5551105-AP_1793885899<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/F5551105-AP_1793885899\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Virginia Beach, Virginia","_application":"financedc.91351.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[201,203],"job-types":[2],"class_list":["post-136974","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
