Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Fully Remote <\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Candidates M<strong>UST HOLD an active EpicCare Ambulatory certification <\/strong>and demonstrate direct, <strong>hands-on Epic build experience.<\/strong> Please include all additional Epic certifications when submitting candidates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Active EpicCare Ambulatory Certification &#8211; Mandatory.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience independently building, configuring, testing, and optimizing EpicCare Ambulatory applications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>EpicCare Link<\/strong> and provider portal workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows, physician documentation, and ambulatory operations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience troubleshooting production issues, resolving support tickets, and implementing system enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Epic upgrades, implementations, testing, and system optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to document application builds, workflow diagrams, and system configurations using <strong>Microsoft Visio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate directly with clinical stakeholders, physicians, and technical teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional Epic certifications, particularly EpicCare Link, Healthy Planet, Kaleidoscope, Wisdom, or Compass Rose.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Epic AI-assisted clinical documentation, ambient technologies, or <strong>Abridge<\/strong> integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within large hospital systems or academic medical centers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independently design, build, configure, test, and maintain EpicCare Ambulatory applications.<\/li>\n<li>Support EpicCare Link workflows and provider portal functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot application issues and support ongoing production operations.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze clinical workflows and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and usability.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in system upgrades, implementations, testing, and go-live activities.<\/li>\n<li>Document technical configurations, build decisions, and workflow changes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve issues and improve application performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested candidates may submit
