HR Coordinator – Virginia Beach, VA
We’re hiring an HR Coordinator for a growing team in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a permanent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in Human Resources while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced organization.
Schedule:
* Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations, employee engagement initiatives, and key HR processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR documentation
* Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and communication throughout the recruiting process
* Maintain and update HRIS and employee files to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Support benefits administration and assist employees with benefits-related questions
* Help coordinate HR initiatives, employee programs, and internal communications
* Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR processes
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus
