Our client, a global company in Oak Brook, IL is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role would be supporting the general office by answering phones, visitor management, mail sorting, and computer work. This position is 100% onsite with the hours of 8-5pm.
Responsibilities
· Greeting clients, visitors, and guest; determine purpose of visit and create badge
· Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff
· Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distributes items to appropriate person
· Performs clerical and administrative support on daily basis
· Handles various request from leadership team
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· 3+ years of proven experience as an administrative assistant for all levels of management
· Excellent verbal communication
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, fax machine, etc
· Proficient in MS Office Suite or related software
· Excellent time management skills
