Our client, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold themselves accountable for the quality and timeliness of your work. This is a contract position with the opportunity to go permanent. The hours are Monday-Friday 8-5pm onsite. Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, providing information on products, services, and order status.
· Accurately enter, verify, and update customer orders and account details.
· Ensure timely processing and follow-up on all customer requests or transactions.
· Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
· Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and active listening to understand customer needs.
· Navigate multiple systems and resources efficiently to locate information and resolve inquiries.
· Contribute to a positive and collaborative call center environment.
Qualifications:
· Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience of customer service experience in an office setting
· Good written and oral communication
· Basic computer skills such as Microsoft programs
· Ability to prioritize work
· Accountability for his/her actions
· Adapts well to changes in duties and procedures
· Good follow up skills
