A well-established association is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and special projects located in Schaumburg. This temporary role will assist with travel coordination, scheduling, clerical tasks, and cross-functional support during a busy transition period. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:30pm with the expected duration of three to four months.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate travel and logistics for Chief of Staff and other executive team members
· Manage calendars and schedule meetings
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory
· Assist with conference room setup, internal meetings, catering orders, etc.
· Support marketing and administrative teams with project tasks
· Proofread documents and assist with website updates
· Track and follow up on assigned tasks
· Adapt to shifting priorities across departments
Qualifications
· 5+ years of administrative assistant experience, degree preferred.
· Strong judgment and confidentiality awareness
· Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Pro
· Skilled in Outlook, Zoom, and Teams
· Excellent calendar and meeting coordination
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Professional, flexible, and reliable work ethic
