Join our client, a leader in supply chain orchestration and data-driven solutions, as an Executive Administrative Assistant. This role provides high-level support to our CEO and leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client interactions. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. This position is 100% onsite Monday-Friday with the hours of 8-5pm.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and monitor the CEO’s calendar, contacts, and incoming emails.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings for leadership and Board of Directors.
· Prepare and edit documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Book and manage travel arrangements for executives.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
· Organize office files and maintain office supply inventory.
· Assist with company events, philanthropy activities, and conferences.
· Support cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing) with meetings and materials.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in a similar executive support role.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
· High attention to detail and confidentiality.
· Adaptable, dependable, and customer-focused mindset.
