The Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution for social media, email, and paid media campaigns to support organizational goals. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role drives engagement, conversions, and revenue through innovative digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and paid media.
- Create and manage social media content strategy, calendar, and execution.
- Execute data-driven email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation.
- Manage paid media campaigns to promote professional development offerings.
- Measure and report on campaign performance; optimize based on KPIs.
- Oversee database management, A/B testing, and marketing technology stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor contracts.
- Supervise and mentor the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 7+ years of marketing/digital marketing experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Expertise in email marketing, automation, social media, SEM, and paid media.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce/Personify, Eloqua, and Sprout Social.
- Excellent communication skills; global marketing experience is a plus.
