Our client, located in Aurora, is seeking an Human Resources Administrator to support their Human Resources and Operations teams on a 3-month temporary basis. This role focuses on providing administrative support, maintaining employee records, and assisting with day-to-day HR functions while handling confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist with employee onboarding, including scheduling orientations, collecting required documentation, and updating employee records.
Respond to internal employee inquiries via phone, email, or in person and route questions to appropriate HR contacts as needed.
Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and spreadsheets with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and logistics for HR meetings and trainings.
Perform data entry and general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Distribute internal mail and assist with daily office opening and/or closing procedures as needed.
Support HR projects, initiatives, and administrative tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
At least one year of administrative Human Resource experience required.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication skills with a professional, team-oriented approach.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
