Our client is seeking a Call Center Representative to support inbound and outbound customer communications during the 2nd shift. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is comfortable handling high-volume calls, documenting interactions accurately, and providing consistent, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a high-volume call center environment
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Accurately document call details, customer information, and resolutions in internal systems
Follow established call scripts, workflows, and service guidelines
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams as needed
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality and productivity standards
Provide general administrative and call support as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Customer-service driven with a professional phone presence
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls
Reliable and punctual, with availability to work 2nd shift hours
Prior call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred but not required
