A Beacon Hill client, a wealth management company, is seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full‑time, contract‑to‑hire opportunity in Mount Laurel NJ.

Monday-Friday onsite

Hours: 8:30-5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Front desk office point of contact, processing clients
  • Schedule and manage client appointments and executive calendars
  • Support executives with client onboarding, documentation, and follow ups
  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance and operations team
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoice handling and data entry
  • Maintain accurate financial records, files, and documentation
  • Support monthly close activities and basic reconciliations
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Handle general office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in an accounting, office support, or administrative support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
