Charlotte law firm is seeking a Residential Real Estate Closer!
Successful Closing Paralegal candidates will have at least two years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Closer. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with attention to detail, will lead to this individual’s success. Good technical skills and experience with QUALIA are ideal.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing closing documents and title policies
- Communicating with lenders, clients, and agents
- Processing disbursement of monies post-closing; sending final file to lender post-closing
