A mid-sized law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its complex litigation practice. This role is based in Tampa but offers full remote flexibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling core aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Drafting briefs and other substantive filings
- Supporting case strategy and client communications
- Assisting with trial preparation
Qualifications:
- Active Florida bar admission (or ability to waive in)
- Experience with complex commercial or civil litigation
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage work independently in a remote setting
