Business Litigation Associate Attorney (2+ years exp)

This busy and growing firm is known for giving Associates much more substantive work than the industry average for firms of this level – think less doc review, more defending depositions.

Candidates must have two years of licensed experience (2023 JDs or earlier) with true commercial litigation matters, such as shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contracts, non-compete, trade secrets, etc. Additionally, candidates should have experience with assisting with complex discovery, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and preparing for and participating in court appearances and depositions.

This firm offers excellent work-life balance for an Am Law firm – they operate on a hybrid 2-3 days in office schedule and the firm-wide average for Associate billables last year was 1850. Qualified candidates with 2 years of experience can expect a base of around $215k, though Associates with more experience will be happily considered and compensation will DOE (up to $330k).
