My client, an AmLaw 100 firm, has partnered with Beacon Hill Legal to find their next M&A Associate. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of licensed corporate law experience, including M&A matters. Corporate associates are expected to draft transactional documents, manage specialists, and lead due diligence teams.
This position can sit in a variety of offices across the US, and compensation varies by both class year and location so they can stay competitive in each market. Base compensation in Minneapolis is expected to be $215-270 DOE, but other locations may land between $180k-$315k.
In addition to strong compensation the firm offers a hybrid model and only 1750 of the required 1900 billables must be true client billable work.
