Personal Injury law firm located in Sandy Springs is seeking a litigation paralegal with at least three years of personal injury experience. We are looking for a skilled and confident self-starter who has a passion for helping injured individuals get the legal help they need.
Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail, superb communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a paralegal with the following skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal managing cases from pre-litigation through litigation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience interacting with clients, adjusters, insurers, attorneys, and courts
- Requesting, summarizing and indexing medical records
- Knowledge of Georgia court filing rules
- MS Word and Excel proficiency
- Ability to draft legal correspondence, write demands, and prepare other legal documents for state and federal filings.
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaking a plus
