Service Desk/Asset Management Technician

Your Background:
- Working with ServiceNow
- Working with asset/inventory management (monitors, phones, docking stations, etc.) – packing, shipping, tracking for new hires and storage of equipment.
- Working with break/fix scenarios
- Experience with help desk trouble shooting
- Understanding of Windows
Tech Skills:
- ServiceNow
- Break/Fix
- Windows/PC at core level
- Spatial Reasoning (packaging laptops)
