A well-established real estate firm in West Los Angeles is seeking a Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract) with real estate industry experience to support day-to-day accounts payable operations. This is a fully onsite role and requires hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities
Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
Review, code, and enter vendor invoices related to property operations and maintenance
Manage vendor relationships and respond to invoice and payment inquiries
Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger
Assist with month-end close, including accruals and AP reporting
Maintain organized and audit-ready AP files
Partner with property managers and internal accounting teams
Qualifications
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in real estate or property management
QuickBooks experience required
Experience supporting multiple properties and vendors
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment
