Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (Remote | Bilingual French Required)
Contract-to-Hire | $30/hour | Estimated Salary: $58,500 (after conversion)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 37.5 hours/week 8:00am – 4:30pm
Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (French-English) Recruiting Coordinator to support our Missionary Service team. This remote role helps manage the recruitment and selection process for missionaries and volunteers globally. You’ll work in a compassionate, faith-based environment with a team dedicated to meaningful, mission-driven work.
What You’ll Do:

Manage applications in the Embark Applicant Tracking System.

Coordinate interviews and manage calendars for missionary and volunteer candidates.

Maintain and update candidate databases and program-related spreadsheets.

Lead email communications through a busy shared inbox (Outlook).

Provide French-English translation for emails, interviews, and special projects.

Generate reports and data insights to support recruiting and selection efforts.

Support candidate onboarding and organize selection-related files and documents.

Collaborate with global partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in French and English (speaking, writing, and translation is a must!).

Microsoft Office skills are required – especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail.

Strong communication skills-especially written communication.

Comfortable working independently and in a team.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, data reporting, or applicant tracking systems.

Experience working in or understanding a faith-based environment is a plus.

Graceful and patient when working with applicants in rural or under-resourced areas.

This role is primarily a remote role however, occasional presence in required in office (mid-town Atlanta) and you must live in the metro Atlanta area. This office is the administrative support center for a worldwide, well-known religious organization.
