Our client, an organization located in Carol Stream, is seeking a driven Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative to work onsite Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending to inbound leads while maintaining high closing ratios in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage multiple projects ranging from mid-size companies up to Fortune 50 companies.
- Follow up, qualify and work assigned leads using the appropriate key players involved in the project.
- Largely phone-based sales in a friendly, yet competitive “Arena” environment focused on closing leads.
- Must be capable of closing deals using a proven selling system with full training support.
- Effectively manage time to meet and exceed company set metrics and goals.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a consistent desire to exceed in a competitive environment.
- Strong desire to work independently while surrounded by a support system.
- Provide continuous effort to increase sales, drive company branding and improve business.
- Ability to complete accurate documents and contracts.
Skills:
- 3+ years related experience.
- Proven outside sales experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and intrapersonal skills for dealing with diverse types of customers and clients.
- Time management and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and customers at once.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
