Our client, an organization located near the Aurora, IL, is seeking a driven temporary Data Entry/Administrative Assistant to work onsite Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities Include:
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to filter, manipulate, and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to trace part numbers.
- Load and maintain BOM data from Excel into an AS400 ERP system, largely through manual entry
- Learn and navigate a local AS400 ERP environment; general technical aptitude and system adaptability required
- Perform basic Adobe Illustrator edits, including manipulation of legends and removal of locating dots
Skills/Experience:
- Two (2) or more years of related or equivalent work experience in accounting / administrative field within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Strong math / accounting skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Able to compute rate and percent and interpret graphs.
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to work at a fast pace while keeping data accuracy.
- High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic, and team player.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
