Bilingual Account Coordinator (Spanish/English)
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Bilingual Account Coordinator to join their team in a mostly remote role. This position involves providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex conversations with professionalism.
This is an exciting contract with potential to hire position that is mostly remote in Eden Prairie, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Communicate proactively to address customer needs and provide timely updates.
- Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving with tact and diplomacy.
- Review and manage customer data, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Utilize internal tools to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Execute customer workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and manage order statuses, verifying pricing, weights, and delivery times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Provide alternative solutions when challenges arise.
- Perform additional duties as required to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Schedule & Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
- Training Schedule: First two weeks, Monday – Friday, 4 PM – 12 AM (on-site)
- Work Schedule: Mostly remote (one in-office day per month)
- Rotating schedule with evening and weekend shifts (see details below)
Work Hours (Rotating Schedule):
- Sunday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Monday – Thursday: 4 PM – 12 AM
- Friday: 4 PM – 10 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM – 5 PM
