Position Summary:
Responsible for preparing tax, title, and legal transfer documents for vehicle sales, as well as costing and posting deals to accounting records.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax and title documents promptly.
- Review contracts to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Submit legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer satisfaction (CSI) at or above company standards.
- Process paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized files of tax and legal transfer documents.
