A reputable specialty solutions company in Barrington is seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to manage an existing book of business while developing strong relationships to increase sales within existing accounts. This position reports to the Senior Director of Client Accounts. This is a full-time salaried office-based position with a compensation range of $55,000-$65,000 per year plus commission. The successful candidate will receive a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, paid time off, 401(k) and annual bonus potential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day interaction with clients
- Establish rapport, trust, and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare presentations and proposals
- Regularly track established KPIs and present to customers
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for organic growth
- Manage new client implementation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in B2B inside sales/account management
- Four-years college degree (preferred, not required)
- Must be an exceptional communicator
- Successful candidates will have a basic understanding of regulated environments
- Proficient in Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to increase company’s pipeline through penetrating existing accounts
- Motivated self-starter who can work with little supervision
