Key Responsibilities:
Project & Office Coordination
* Support Office Manager and Accounting Team in daily operations
* Order tile and flooring materials for all Residential & Commercial projects using
RFMS software
* Verify all products and materials meet project specifications
* Enter and maintain project baselines in RFMS
* Prepare and issue pre-lien notices
* Complete and manage sales tax exemption forms
* Serve as secondary point of contact for incoming phone calls
* Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless project execution
* Foster a positive, team-first environment
Accounting Support
* Manage Accounts Receivable filing system
* Assist with Accounts Payable documentation
* Help complete lien waivers and maintain related spreadsheets
* Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and policies
Budget & Cost Control
* Support project budgeting and ensure resource efficiency
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements while maintaining policy
compliance
Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain thorough documentation of ordering and purchasing procedures
Provide regular project and progress updates to management
