IT Support – Level II (P&C Insurance Risk Client)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading finance firm. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a blend of technical expertise and basic AV understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 technical support in a ticketing environment, addressing user issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Perform password resets and provide Windows support to enhance user experience.
- Set up and manage audio-visual equipment, including microphones and presentation systems, to facilitate meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills with experience in user support and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of audio-visual systems and equipment setup.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
