Beacon Hill is hiring! Our client in downtown Chicago is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from scheduling interviews to coordinating candidate communications, while providing a positive candidate experience and supporting recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and on-site) between candidates and hiring teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and logistical information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruiting efforts.
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards and social media platforms.
- Manage employment processes including background checks, assessments, and onboarding documentation.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and metrics tracking.
- Help organize career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing high-quality, responsive support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1+ of experience in a recruiting or HR support role; experience in financial services is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
