About the Role
Beacon Hill’s client, a professional services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
This is an exciting direct hire role that is onsite in Minneapolis, MN.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and manage incoming phone calls

Maintain office supply inventory and handle restocking

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Support planning and logistics for internal meetings and events (e.g., order meals, book hotels and event/office space)

Update and reformat PowerPoint decks used for marketing materials

Send out documents, ensuring accuracy, proper watermarking, and delivery to the correct recipients

Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience formatting PowerPoint presentations

Dependable, discreet, and highly accurate when handling confidential information
