Our client, in the higher-ed space, is looking to add a Marketing Operations Manager to their team. This is a 3-month contract role with potential to extend/convert full-time.
This role is hybrid and would require you to go onsite 3-days a week to their office in Cambridge, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate campaign performance data and track and analyze customer interactions and engagement
- Create standard and custom marketing-related reports from Salesforce as requested and convert them to Microsoft Excel for things such as participant/client data, registration information, webinar data, and marketing activities for programs.
- Responsible for assisting with the development and management of marketing-related financial budgets and forecasts for the Marketing function and for the marketing of each of department programs under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and Communications.
- Develop an analytical framework to track, text, and report on the ROI and overall effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns, including the development of dashboards.
