Beacon Hill is seeking a consultant that will be responsible for supporting the organizational change necessary for our client’s Oracle Fusion and UKG Pro Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Our ideal candidate will be able to develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns around identified risks and in anticipation of points of resistance. This person will bring their ability to work with stakeholders across an organization, excellent communication and eagerness and readiness to step in and engage in change management strategies and training plans. They will be responsible for communicating and educating end users on system progress, objectives and requirements to evaluate and ensure organization readiness.
- 3+ years of relevant experience; change management, training/instructional design, and/or project management experience preferred.
- Experience supporting implementation of systems/ technology, or system-wide transformation initiatives, ideally ERP and workforce management systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday)
- Experience working with various business entities and groups in an enterprise organization, providing training support and facilitation
- Skilled in relationship building and written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
