A real estate group in Georgetown is looking to bring on a Construction Admin to join their team! This is a fully onsite role M-F and this is a contract to hire position. Pay is $20-25/hr depending on experience and they are looking for someone to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation of internal procedures and setup of project documentation.

Review project specifications and agreements to ensure compliance with requirements.

Prepare, distribute, and track subcontract agreements and related invoices.

Manage billing, contracts, change orders, and related documentation for active projects.

Enter and update financial commitments and budget changes in the system.

Support monthly accounting close processes as needed.

Maintain clear communication with team members in the field to coordinate administrative support.

Ensure billing records reflect accurate financial activity and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support project timelines.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative and accounting experience in the construction field

Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and PDF/document management tools.
