Job Summary:
A Beacon Hill client in the industrial tooling sector is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support assigned accounts by managing the order process, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing accurate product and pricing information. These individuals will play a critical role in supporting customer satisfaction and driving business continuity across internal teams.
This is an exciting direct hire opportunity that is onsite in Eden Prairie MN.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent and uphold the core values of the client organization in all interactions

Build strong relationships with assigned customers through regular communication and occasional onsite visits

Work closely with purchasing to support customer product selections and provide recommendations based on needs and technical specifications

Communicate the benefits of stock products versus non-stock or competitive options

Accurately enter and manage orders, ensuring timely and efficient processing
-
Provide customers with clear information on pricing, availability, shipping, and terms at the time of order
-
Proactively address order exceptions including backorders, substitutions, and rush requests
-
Resolve customer issues including pricing discrepancies, returns, credits, and order errors
-
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
-
Collaborate regularly with sales representatives and account managers to ensure customer alignment

Attend team and sales meetings as required

Preferred Background:

Must have experience in the industrial tooling industry
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required

At least 2 years of successful customer service experience

Industrial sales or distribution experience strongly preferred

Experience with WebUI/Infor is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
